Tommy Hilfiger Gibraltar online sales are exclusively for either ‘in store collection’ or for delivery within Gibraltar.

We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days.  We use a Gibraltar based delivery service operated by “VEPO”. 

Please mention the preferred time for you to receive the order, for example ‘mornings only’ or ‘afternoons only’, in the specified box during checkout so that we can inform VEPO accordingly.

VEPO will collect your order from Tommy Hilfiger Gibraltar within the next working day (Monday to Friday).  VEPO will then process the delivery and deliver the order to your address on the next working day. 


Orders less than £100 will incur a £5 delivery charge and it will be delivered by VEPO within 1-2 working days.

Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge and it will be delivered by VEPO within 1-2 working days.


Every order that is supplied from our warehouse is carefully inspected before despatch. 

Should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team on:

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the delivery.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in any way, we kindly ask you to do the following:

- If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel, but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it (subject to COVID-19 restrictions and protocol).

- If the parcel looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under these circumstances, please contact us immediately.

You can now pick up your order from the Tommy Hilfiger Gibraltar store at 237 Main Street, by selecting 'Collect in Store' during the checkout process. You will have 14 days to collect your item from the date you receive the email receipt. Please bring your email receipt upon collection.


Any non-Sale item(s) purchased on can be returned within 30 days from receipt of the goods and must be processed in store.  The item(s) can be exchanged for another item or for a Gift Voucher. Strictly no refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.  The item must be in the original packaging together with the purchase receipt.  Underwear and Swimwear will not be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
